1. Stress Management (by Tami Kroll)
Free on Amazon: Stress management is a simple way to make sure you don't burn out. If you're looking for a little stress relief, stress management is for you.
If you can't cope with life on your own, try this. If it helps you sleep, it helps you get into the mood.
I am not against stress, but I am against the idea that it's an illness. It's not like diabetes, where you can live life to the fullest.
This book is written by a psychologist who has done extensive work with children and adults. I don't know about adults, but my own child is very stressed out. We have the stress and the anxiety, and sometimes the physical symptoms of anxiety can become so bad that it's like being burned by a hot poker.
This is a great book and one that I would recommend to anybody. I have not yet read all of it, and I don't plan to do so. However, I have read a lot of it, and the way he puts it down, it is very helpful. I hope that he continues to write and expand his knowledge.
This book is a good introduction to stress and how it affects our lives and our emotions.
